Daily Duties at Redrock Canyon Grill:

Responsibilities included extensive sales training and customer satisfaction techniques. Upselling and product promotion were a great way to increase tips and restaurant revenue. I served as both a head waiter and a head bartender. Duties involved staff scheduling/meetings, liquor/wine ordering, checking out staff, money management and nightly deposits, and problem solving.
