Daily Duties at Home Choice Health Care Services:
Assessment and case management of patients in the city of Yuma outlying towns, and indian reservation for patients with IV's TPN,antibiotic therapy, wound care, amputation, surgical wounds, Instruction and teaching to patients and their care givers to be independent with their care. Admissions done using the OASIS tool for patients and care plans for patients.
