Managed team of 20 IT professionals including 10 off-shore personnel responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of business applications including: . Customer Account System which serviced 10 million customer accounts. Designed and implemented consolidation of 30 access methods to 1, thereby reducing costs and providing for increased efficiency. This was combined with a conversion to DB2 which was accomplished transparently via the single access method. . CRM Strategy System. Developed new client-centric DB2 database with millions of rows to improve accuracy of customer accounts, identify duplicate records and provide unique account holder information with 97% accuracy. Developed and adhered to project plan. In house analysis saved $1 million services contract. . DAT Division Y2K System. Successfully led team responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC Y2K guidelines for 95 applications requiring interfacing with staff of 300 systems professionals. . TGA Web-based Data Support System. Developed DB2 data sourcing system to support web-based GUI applications, required intimate knowledge of all firm data to be gathered. . Brokerage Authorization System to determine customer start of day credit limit and approves/declines subsequent requests, tracking intra-day balances to prevent firm exposure. . ITES-BPO Management . Managed on-shore & off-shore resources . Realized cost reductions . Efficiencies – Resource reassignment
