Managed 14 Operations in 2 States (Tx & Co) and 5 cites (Dallas,Austin, San Antonio, and Houston). The scale of these operations exceeded 21M in Revenue and 13% Operating profit. I was responsible for the complete P&L accountability as well as the staffing, training and discliping of 14 Account Managers, 125 drivers to include safety regulatory compliance, and serve as customer liason. Effectively manged total labor hours Maximized revenue and margin to ensure optimum profit levels. Developed relationships with Customer Logistics Team members to highlight key performance indicators. Coordinated all administrative processes for the region Ensured that each facility was operating in compliance with company and customer guidelines and initiatives.
