Drove company entry into competitive EWP industry by liaising with Sales Manager to establish effective business plan. Built plan from ground up and maximized development of new manufacturing facility handling I-joists and laminated veneer lumber (LVL). Defined technical information for design brochures and contributed to marketing material creation. Secured national building code evaluation reports for all products prior to market launch. • Played instrumental role in garnering $10M EWP sales in 1st year and $35M in 2nd year; sales have exceed $100M. • Improved technical operations by testing Keymark design software and writing technical specifications for Smart Framer material estimation program. • Saved 2+ hours loading time per rail car by developing in-house Visual Basic program to optimize EWP product loading strategies.
