Daily Duties at Home Delivery Link, Inc:
Complete P&L accountability in access of 8M for 8 Account Mgrs, 80 drivers in TX, GA, TN,& MO. Provided tactical directions in the areas of Operations, Safety, Customer Service and Accounting for each location. Responsible for staffing, training and discipline. Management of the entire transportation life cycle to include customer service, employee relations DOT Regulations and OSHA Requirements. Knowledge of WMS system and 3PL responsibilities to include start ups. Audited driver files, driver training, recertifications, license renewals,roadside inspections. Oversaw the shiment coordination and routing to maximize efficiency and cost controls.
