Daily Duties at Multimedia Communication Services Corporation:
Led 35 managers and over 200 indirect reports. Managed internal and external IT Infrastructure, network administration, and telecommunications (Avaya and Cisco). Created and managed $15M per year budget to cover operational, staff, maintenance, and educational sessions with our vendors. (i.e. Cisco, Avaya, etc.). Directed all areas of this company from negotiating discounted prices, maintaining vendor channels, vendor sourcing, and ensuring proper training. Developed as well as responded to RFP’s; prepared all related costs and budgets while working with accounting to determine proper markup, and led team to respond.
