Daily Duties at Icf International:
While employed at ICF international Mr. Wolfe was pulled into the company's largest and most high profile project; the Louisiana Road Home Program. Assigned to the production team Mr. Wolfe provided high level software support which included using SQL to query the data warehouse other databases to pull needed data for clients and stakeholders and to resolve user issues. Mr. Wolfe worked with clients and stakeholders to elicit requirements and business needs while working with developers to make sure the eGrants software met the client's needs. In addition Mr. Wolfe worked with the QA team to document requirements, bugs and write and execute test scripts in Quality Center.
