Daily Duties at Serco Na And Now Jps:

• Networked to place Soldiers in local internships on Fort Belvoir installation and nearby federal agencies • Collaborate with the Operation Warfighter and Transition Coordinator (TC) on tracking programs and events • Responsible for the content of reports/matrices for the Rehabilitation Department • Work with the Belvoir TC to help coordinate programs and track Soldiers in their internships • Compile and analyze monthly reports which displayed program performance • Follow up on the internship status of Soldiers with hosting agency/company • Share participation status of Soldiers with the leadership
