Daily Duties at Iap:
• Developed working relationships with Points of Contact (POC) of various Federal Agencies • Analyzed operational data for Work and Education reports to ensure conformity with established policies • Developed Position Descriptions which determined prerequisites for warrior internships • Maintained records and evaluations of all warriors in current and past internships • Directed soldiers seeking Top Secret clearances • Updated leadership on progress and reported any issues that needed to be addressed • Managed the Work & Education reporting numbers for each quarter
