Daily Duties at Altum Inc:

Mr. Wolfe is tasked with numerous roles and responsibilities at Altum Inc. Initially tasked with assisting end users with the ProposalCENTRAL application system he was later assigned five clients to support which has grown to eight. This included training clients to use all modules in the system, translating requests for proposals into applications in the system and assisting clients in developing a business process that best utilized the ProposalCENTRAL modules while simultaneously meeting the needs of the client's stakeholders. Mr. Wolfe was heavily utilized for testing of new features and bug fixes to the system. This included writing test plans and test cases while documenting and reporting results to both QA managers and developers as needed. Mr. Wolfe also used his direct contact with clients and users to better find out the needs of end users and spearhead development of enhancements to the system which greatly reduced call and email volume for related support issues.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
