•Managing a portfolio consisting of properties that qualify for the Short Sale process •Minimizing losses on foreclosure through analysis, management, and liquidation of real estate owned properties by the Bank & our investors •Completing audit reviews, quality control reports, and post-closing audit functions •Evaluating economics of the property (including BPO and appraisal analysis) for month-end figures •Presenting listing agreement and counter-offers for supervisory approval •Processing FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Conventional loans for the Short Sale process •Monitoring loans that have been referred to an attorney to initiate foreclosure action
