Daily Duties at Omnova Solutions :
Drive performance excellence and process improvement culture across OMNOVA. Establish deployment plans and toll-gate review activities to assure targets are met. Work with Corporate Lean Six Sigma and all levels of the organization to support domestic and international facilities in deployment activities, eliminate of waste and variation, and integrate Lean Six Sigma to enable attainment of key business objectives. Integrate the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools across the organization. Develop and conduct training to build organization capabilities. Mentor and coach Black Belts, Green Belts, and Kaizen Facilitators.
