Daily Duties at User Technology Associates:
Participated in a three month conversion from KCS to Deltek accounting system, verified. Received vendor invoices for accuarcy,and make sure that the vendors had the correct documentation.Responded to vendor and staff inquiries and peforming necessary research to resolve the issue. Coded invoices using the General Ledger attached supporting documentation to the vouchers in order to print the checks. Processed over 150 International and Domestic travel weekly making sure that the travel was in compliance with the Federa Travel Regulatrions and converted foreign dollars to US dollars. Maintained the Vendor Set-up module
