Prepared analysis of fiscal bills as they proceed through the legislative appropriations process. • Managed and researched water and beach project lists via the CBIRs for the unit. • Performed special studies, by defining the problem, issue or policy, developing the design of the project, developed the data collection method, prepared the analysis, prepared recommendations and presented to management. • Interacted daily with the state budget director, department executives, house and senate and fiscal agencies on issues impacting the budget. Attended legislative hearings and represented state budget director as appropriate.
