Daily Duties at Tw Telecom:

•Responsible for ongoing management of the network including installation, operations, and maintenance of the central office and customer premise equipment. Meet or exceed service-related objectives. •Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all technical equipment within the communications organization. •Establish technical requirements, service levels and procedures, and implementation plans for major network elements (systems/applications). •Interface with all outside agencies regarding the operations of the local network and facilities. •Supervise operations and related technical personnel. •Provide high level sales support to assist sales on large accounts •Provide leadership and direction to implement the strategic initiatives or direction set by Regional Operations Directors and City General Manager.
