Daily Duties at Old Republic Title Company:
• Set up, install, and manage the ShoreTel Communication System and its VoIP Telephones. • Install hardware such as Cisco Routers, Cisco and 3COM Switches, Netgear Hubs, and US Robotics Modems. • Set up and support RIM Handheld devices including Blackberry 6200, 7100, 7200, 8300, and 8700 series. • Provide Hewlett Packard Printer support for model numbers 4000, 4050, 4100, 4200, and 4300. • Provide Konica Minolta Scanner and Copier support for models 6500, 7165, 8050, BizHub Pro 600 and 601. • Provide Kyocera Mita Printer support for models FS1350, FS3920, KM5050, TASKalfa300i, 520i, and 620i. • Set up new user accounts with access to network logon and email, utilizing MS Active Directory and Exchange. • Monitor, track, and log all Southern California Information Systems related tasks, using the Magic Help-Desk ticketing system, as well as providing weekly documentation of all tasks to local managers.
