Daily Duties at Old Republic Title Company:
• Work as Project Leader when setting up an ORTC network, new office, or consolidating any Southern California offices. • Project Leader responsibilities include delivering T-1 Line, DSL Line, all Data and Voice Cabling, setting up Voice Over IP Phone Systems, Servers, Computers, Printers, and Fax machines. • Handle all software and hardware systems implementations and migrations for the region. • Coordinate all Project activity between company Vendors (Telco, Engineers, Facilities, and Managers). • Serve as a liaison between the company’s Southern California, Northern California, and Minneapolis Operations for handling all high level Southern California Information Technology project matters. • Direct the efforts of facilities management in handling furniture vendors, organizing design specifications for offices, and administering any electrical or sub contract job assignments. • Manage all aspects and needs of the Information Technology Operations for 10 Southern California offices. • Maintain stability and functionality for 10 Local Area Network Servers and approximately 20 WAN Servers. • Provide technical support to approximately 300 users across the Wide Area Network on a daily basis (24/7/365). • Administer the asset management and facility items of over 1000 records for the Southern California area.
