Daily Duties at Wachovia National Bank:
- Handled inbound calls from internal and external partners concerning issues with various security systems for the company - Reviewing, addressing, and resolving security system issues before referring them to a Security Integrator for onsite resolution. If escalation to a Security Integrator occurred I provided technical support and tracked the issue to completion. - Liaison and Subject Matter Expert for my team and other internal partners - Attended off-site training courses with many of our Security Equipment manufacturers - Developed a training manual, processes and procedures for the team. - Developed a communication plan for branch personnel concerning daily security procedures. - I worked with various internal and external partner’s to help ensure the continued success of our department and the company. - Supported and managed several security equipment related projects for the company - Developed a Scope of Work to be used by all Security Integrators on how and where to install the security equipment - Developed installation procedures and trained employees on how to properly use multiple different software applications to manage the security systems for the organization
