Daily Duties at Henricks And Associates:

I was originally hired to be a P&C producer for this agency. At the time I was hired, they had just acquired the Catholic Diocese of Pensacola/Tallahassee as a new client. I was put in the position of account manager for this account. Worked closely with the producer in exclusively handling this large group of 500+ people. Spent two weeks traveling the Panhandle conducting open enrollment meetings for the employees (teachers, clergy, and other staff members). Met one on one with employees to help them understand their new benefits, and assist with plan selections. Plans included medical, dental, life insurance and voluntary supplemental benefits. After the group was enrolled in their new benefits, I served as the point of contact for any plan changes,and questions and issues regarding benefits, claims, billing. I would also assist with the enrollment of any new hires - or the termination of any employee (have the person removed from the group plan and had the COBRA notice sent out).
