Researched, wrote and taught courses in the areas of career preparation and life skills for hard-to-serve populations. Utilized extensive knowledge of adult education theory and human behavior to create successful work transitions and reduce recidivism in high-risk behaviors. Partnered with employers to create OJT programs and mentoring programs. Established position as HR consultant to case managers, participants, partner agencies and employers. Recruited job placement locations and developed training programs, coaching and OJT systems.
