Developed and directed the human resource and training functions for $15 million dollar bakery/deli startup venture. Member of executive team charged with forming a “deli division” and the creation, implementation and operation of new concept stores in a multi-state region. Responsible for managing operations through forecasting, budgeting, inventory control, contract negotiations, purchasing, and quality assurance. Maximized revenues through efficient staffing, labor cost controls and promotions.
