Daily Duties at Dish Network:
Managed daily operations in the Northeast territory by handling outgoing/incoming calls, equipment sales, and ensuring that retailers understood current and future promotions. Educated new retailers on all existing/new equipment aided with inventory management, sales techniques, and provided extensive instruction on Dish Network’s web portal. Provided exemplary customer service to inbound inquires regarding business rules, problems and discrepancies, equipment functionality, and inventory availability. Worked with retailers and other departments to troubleshoot logistical issues including account problems, i.e., tax issues, banking information, and technical difficulties. Directed retailers with inferior market penetration on how to increase sales by suggesting marketing techniques, and educating them on the most cost effective ways to gain market share. Helped coordinate deliveries of merchandise as to effectively support retailers with anything they needed for their business.
