Daily Duties at Kalispell Regional Medical Center:
Member of HR executive team for a rapid-growth healthcare organization comprised of six corporate entities in multiple locations and supporting over 2500 employees. In partnership with Director, provide oversight of all aspects of HR functions including employee relations, grievance resolution, coaching, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, succession planning and safety. Ensure corporate and regulatory compliance, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, AAP, unemployment and worker’s compensation
