Daily Duties at Realsoft:
• Lead the SAP testing team during test planning and test execution of the System Integration, End to End, Regression, and UAT Phases. • Provided guidance to testing teams to organize the testing process as per the data and functional requirements to ensure successful delivery of requirements scope within schedule. • Generated daily status and weekly status reports and created testing metrics as requested by senior management. • Manage Testers work (during test plan and test execution), ensure testing is completed on time, resolved conflicts arising between team members or with external team members, keep team members motivated. • Generation of system and integration test scripts • Execution of system and integration test scripts • Analyze results against functional design / expected results • Record defects and coordinate resolution with development team and/or functional leads.
