Daily Duties at Foresight, Llc:

The company is new and I am leading the development of the company from every perspective: Business, Administrative, compliance, Safety, Operations, Scheduling, Training, Logistics,Inventory control and Business Development. *I ensure that all aspects of the operation are conducted in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Foresight, LLC. •I put a special focus on providing the resources, direction and leadership for the sales, pricing, marketing, and product development functions for the North American market. •I have created and met the financial operating budgets/estimates set for Foresight, LLC Operations. •I have developed the talent Foresight, LLC needs to expand and grow as a business. •Created both single and multi-year strategic plans and insure successful completion of the targets and deliverables. •Assisted in ensuring new Foresight, LLC systems are being developed cost effective for the future applications based on sound market analysis. •Ensured Foresight,LLC strategies are communicated to and consistent with other operating units in the oilfield industry. •Ensured communication between Operations and Inventory management is happening to make sure that necessary inventory levels are maintained. •Provide necessary weekly and monthly reporting to CEO and CFO. (ROI, revenue forecasting, budgeting) *Director of Human Resource Function for Foresght,LLC and have created a Benefit/Insurance package for new company.
