Daily Duties at Sentel:
Made sure that everyone was paid in a timely manner and that the vendor inquiries were answered correctly, Make sure that all Travel was in compilance with the organizations policies, procedures and internal controls. Respond to Project managers to ensure that the Invoice was properly coded for there particular contract and if not reclass the voucher using the Deltek Costpoint moduale. Make sure that all invoices and travel had authorized signitures. Printed the aging report through Deltek Costpoint to review each month. Coded and Posted the invoices into Deltek Accounting system for payment. Printed the edited report for review and approval in order to to print checks. Maintained accounts payable forms,vendor files,check supply and attached check copies to the vouchers before filing. Contacted vendors to see if they were to recieve a 1099's tax form.
