Daily Duties at Citibank:
Includes footprint development across the following catagories, business lending, commercial real estate lending, mortgage refinancing and first time home buyer, home equity line of credit financing, personal financing, credit card, deposit growth, investment development, insurance development and referral growth. Leading a team of 10 people to work together, help each other and enjoying what they do that translates to the customer experience. Help each team member with a development plan to obtain the next position in their future. Develop the affluent segment of clients to reduce attrition, increase loyality and provide access to their referrals. Grow the business lending segment by developing solid relationships with manufacturing, distributors, medical, wholesale, lawyers, and CPA communities. Interact with companies that have synergy with primary responsibilities such as non profit organizations that help would be home owners, Small business development center, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the general Chamber of Commerce
