Directly managed over 300 Personnel including 5 Team Subcontractors and numerous small subcontractors to deliver full service support in the Information Management areas of printing, library, graphics, US and local mail, Public Affairs writing support, and full life-cycle IT services support. Provided full support for Facilities, Engineering, Medical & Environmental, Logistics, Business, Security, Fire, QA, & Safety Services Groups within SGS, and provided a business system to allow them to manage their work & improve their performance.
