Employee Benefits Producer. Responsibilities included prospecting, cold calling and networking to identify and establish new clients. Worked with individuals, business owners and HR staff to find creative and cost effective employee benefit solutions. Provided plan benefit analysis and prepared and presented proposals. Organized and facilitated employee benefit enrollment meetings. Presented, sold and implemented multiple products including HSA, HRA, FSA, dental, life, vision and disability. Managed client relations and serviced existing accounts. Assisted clients with various claims, benefits, and billing questions.
