Daily Duties at Hitachi Gst:

Conduct Inventory Management through maintaining appropriate worldwide inventory levels and warranty drive production levels using SAP for inventory moves. Analyze surplus inventory levels for possible warranty use using SAP. Identify excess warranty inventory and manage reconfiguration to turn excess inventory into needed inventory through SAP with reports from BRIO. Product returns and fulfillment forecasting, budgeting, and planning. Produce weekly backlog reports and analyze reports to reduce backlog. Produce weekly measurements package to help management analyze and determine inventory needs. Using SAP, BRIO, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus 123, build various files to manage work flow and automate various processes. Frequent use of Marketing, Presentation Skills and Training ability. Using SAP, Process Worldwide Scrap of unneeded drives, Conduct warranty adjustments, Load SAP with new products as needed, process bulk ship orders, process and approve warranty void requests, Process Repair Requests and balance inventory within various Worldwide locations, Conducted Stock balances virtually within SAP to maintain necessary inventory levels within various locations, Using Cyberstar program to update extended warranties within SAP based on Serial Number.
