Daily Duties at Apple:

Support worldwide retail stores with inventory level adjustments based on repair strategy and sales through SAP. Support Administratively through ad-hoc report generation. Project management for database related management system integration Communication to stores on new product role outs and repair strategies. Manage Regional Retail Service Parts fulfillment for Mac and iPod/iPhone business through "ECHO Requests" and SAP. Resolve Escalations/issues and provide support to retail stores within the agreed SLA through ARS email and Sonar Resolve Echo Request Escalations from Retail Support Order Management activities within GCRM and SAP
