Daily Duties at Intermedia Communications, Inc/World Com:

Teamed with Major Account Managers of large telecommunications customers to provide network designs, pricing and complex systems solutions. These include Telecom New Zealand,British Telecon and other large and small telecom companies. Responsible for 35+ accounts supporting 6 sales representatives. Directly involved in the pre- and post-sales process providing technical voice and data expertise for the design, pricing, and implementation of enterprise-wide networking for Carriers, Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs), and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Liaison with other departments, partners, and customers, to resolve sales issues to include presenting customers with on-site proposals and providing customer training. Worked directly with Marketing Management, Product Managers, Customer Service and Delivery, Sales Operations, and Engineering on increasing efficiency of team processes. Worked with 3rd party vendors to resolve network and equipment issues.
