Initially, to increase business from the previous 5 year average of 80 participants a year. After exceeding that goal, I created a specific telephone sales protocol that had to balance patient confidentiality (HIPAA), balanced scheduling of our trainers using proprietary software, and creating safeguards for securing patient financial and insurance information.
