Maintain network monitoring applications on 6 networks, 3 enterprise and 3 deployed (middle east and afghanistan). update, upgrade, patch software on dispersed over 147 servers. maintain and configure application routers. Analyze router configurations on over 350 routers to ensure that the proper network information is available for NOC personnel to make informed decisions in support of the military. open and close incident and change tickets to support the customer.
