Daily Duties at Aussel/Isopro:

-Served as Subject Matter Expert for all Employee Relations & Safety policies and procedures for delivery of services to employees, coordinating closely with up to 8 Managers of various departments. Directly impacted safety practices, and managed teams to provide excellent service and support. Monitored and evaluated employee relations programs, ensured a safe working environment, and participated in issue resolution.
