-Recruited by FC Cape to handle all HR and legal related-issues and conduct an intervention into a highly volatile labor relations challenge involving a security firm with 116 employees. The company had been sold to a new owner without notifying the appropriate representatives, as well as other violations of French Labor Law. The relationship between the company and the employees required extensive troubleshooting to remedy. -Duties include re-engineering compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, evaluating the company culture and environment to suggest changes to improve productivity, project management, and introducing new programs to build positive and constructive working relationships with employees. Met with representative agencies and labor inspectors, implemented new training, and successfully reduced litigation.
