Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Manage Oversea accounts for training in India, Mexico City, Philippines (247, Startek, Knoah, Stream, Teletech, Convergys). Report on Oversea companies to upper management by keeping up to date the recursive data base. Assist in QBR's, Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly business reviews, training leader reviews. Host webinars, train the trainer, and assist outsources with new updates and answer their questions and issues. Train all agents in the Buffalo area in technical materials, LAN, modems, diagnostic tools, soft skills, sales, etc. Assist in all new product/process/procedure development and deployment. Manage Projects as needed from conception to completion. Act as the SME on policy/procedure/produces for all supervisors, managers, and directors.
