Daily Duties at Csm Bakery Products:
• Business Partner and key member of the leadership team for the Eagan manufacturing facility and, in conjunction with the other leaders, responsible for building the organizational capabilities to create a high performance culture, and to meet and exceed the business unit's financial objectives. • Staffing and retention of human capital (exempt and non-exempt); Optimizing workforce and reducing turnover; • Compensation and Benefits; Employee Relations; Organizational Training and Development for existing supervisors/managers and frontline associates; • Employee and Organizational Legal Compliance including I-9 regulation; HRIS and Payroll; Performance Management; • Relationship Management (Fluent in Spanish) allowing me to better serve the employees needs and to close communication gaps. • Perform annual I-9 Audits of the 12 manufacturing facilities of CSM Bakery Products. • Development of Safety Committee and Safety Captain programs, including health and wellness initiatives • Mentor and Coach Production employees
