• Supervise up to 350 employees as the general manager in a $45 million dollar store • Oversee day to day operations to drive profitable sales in a fast, fun and friendly customer environment • Lead through encouraging idea sharing, teamwork and clear communication to collaborate on solutions for business opportunities • Act as catalyst for change management in a fast moving environment • Delivered above standard results in performance metrics in all areas of the business, including profitability and sales growth • Played integral role in the development of a large diverse management team • Analyzed reports and company tools to create effective action plan steps to improve store performance
