Daily Duties at Gaylord Hotels:
Direct supervision of 14 salaried leaders, chefs and 150 front line staff. Complete fiscal responsibility for multi-unit F&B operation, prepared budgets and forecasts for all responsible outlets. Enhanced level of Guest / Client satisfaction through quality assurances in both food and service. Responsible for F&B revenues that exceeded 6 million dollars.
