Globally plan, direct, and coordinate risk management efforts in operation, security, asset protection and financial management across various business disciplines of an organization. Assist CFOs in developing and reviewing asset protection fiscal strategies relative to executive decisions. Evaluate and implemented merchandise and financial controls for multi-store chains. Worked in partnership with law enforcement agencies across the US including, the FBI, US Customs, DEA, CIA, Treasury Department, NSA, and Postal Inspections Service, to investigate major criminal activity. Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the protection of company equipment, proprietary procedures, trade secret information, and employees in the executive offices and field operations.
