Direct and manage all aspects of asset protection, safety and security for a 1000+ employees with locations in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Laredo, and Seguin, Texas. Plan, budget, develop, implement, integrate, inspect and manage all physical security systems for the organization’s diverse facilities. Provide direction on personnel protection, internal investigations, asset protection, background investigations, workplace violence incidents, governmental security requirements, and safety issues. Developed and implemented across the firm: Information System Security Policy, Disaster Recovery Program, Emergency Procedures, Critical Infrastructure Protection Program, Security Operation Procedures, and Background Screening Policy. Designed and supervised installation of an Integrated Access Control System, Internal Detection System, Closed Circuit Television System, Emergency Activation System, and Dry Fire Suppression System for various facilities. Conducted risk management compliance reviews with international, federal, state and local inspection agencies and negotiated compliance.
