Daily Duties at Goodwill Industries International:

Globally plan, direct, and coordinate training and development to strengthen goodwill’s mission, business, brand, public policy and leadership, in operation, asset protection and financial management across the various business disciplines of the enterprise. Developed and implemented a proactive, integrated and dynamic operations, risk management, loss prevention, safety and accident prevention programs to support overall Goodwill objectives and goals. Research, evaluate and make recommendations regarding current and state of the art trends in risk management so as to strategically position the organization to minimize its risk profile while maintaining optimal profitability. Assist Goodwill Industries International Members maintain adherence to internal and external regulatory and legal requirements for risk management reporting and documentation to achieve compliance and recognition. Coordinate insurance and risk management efforts including organizational, business, operational, financial and hazards risks. Work in partnership with law enforcement agencies across the US to investigate major criminal activity relating to the retail, industrial, manufacturing, insurance and financial industry. Facilitated Adobe webinars and conferences to assist the membership achieve its organizational goals with recommendations design to align with Goodwill’s programs and mission.
