Daily Duties at Jdsu Communication Test & Measurement:

• As a Customer Solution Operation Regional director, lead the APAC Solutions & Systems Sales operation throughout the region for system products: Converged Service Assurance System – Mobile, Wireline, Ethernet & IMS; CSEM(Cust. Svc & Exp Mgmt); Packet Portal ; WaveReady® – CWDM/DWDM Optical platform, ROADM solutions, ONMS-Optical Network Management System.. • Generate a balanced business across APAC region, growth in all countries, and best representation in all potential end customer segments. • Work with country managers to maximize existing channel opportunities as well as recruit new channels and distributors to ensure entry into specific market segments and particular geographies, enabling the sales system product. • Set the APAC Solutions & Systsm Sales Operation Structure to ensure consistant and repeatable process is implemented and followed. • Build a collaborative and supporting role relationship with the direct sales force and the country management team. • Develop and execute on pan-regional and country plans in partnership with APAC Country Managers. • Roll out and drives marketing and sales strategy with support and close interaction with country manger/sales • SE/Pre-Sales Supporting for : - Technical aspects (e.g. trial, RFx) - Proposal (technical and commercial) - Bid process - Deal closure • Coordinating WinTeam effort (WinTeam members: CSO, Acct Manager, SysEng, Marketing, PLM, R&D, Support, NPI, Legal, Finance. • Driving and tracking existing funnel / potential opportunities to ensure the highest booking closure rate possible • Promoting, Training, and motivating for system product to country sales and channel partners. • As a CSO Lead, owner for Bid review Process with division. • Panel to product division for Business Ops Review for status. • Level1 Pricing discount approval • Annual Op Plan (AOP) forecast for CSO portfolio per country, per quarter for the region.
