Daily Duties at Hawaii Pacific Teleport:

• $10.5 million P&L, expanded government business $500K in less than 7 months. In charge of new international and US business sales, strategic forecasting, joint venturing, marketing. • $1 million in new commercial business sales which included hardware, installation, and the provisioning of voice, video, and data broadcast and backhaul services. • Managed a 24x7 staffed Network Operation Center, ensuring vital commercial and government networks were operational and passing the necessary traffic. Networks supported were medical, international business firms, and government. • Managed all facets of customer retention including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy. Established a customer contact list / base line; which resulted in new sales and business expansion.
