Led and managed the work efforts of a team of 41 Associates in a fast-paced and goal oriented environment, with annual sales of over $300,000,000. Responsible for daily supplies of retail merchandise to 104 Wal-Mart retail stores in 4 states: Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Proactively visited retail stores to ensure that their shelves and back rooms are well stocked, thereby increasing sales. Introduced team work that led to achieving the highest quality and safety rate in the facility for my team.
