Daily Duties at L Con:

Oversee HR office and associated field office of all aspects of new employees. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training of all newly hired employees. Managing communications between job sites, field offices and corporate office were a few of the office duties. Ensured all policies and procedures pertaining to employee code of ethics and other policies are being upheld. New procedures were developed to ensure efficiency in workflow and communication. Advertised and recruited personnel for multiple field sites throughout the United States. Ensuring all employment laws, benefit packages and 401K were being completed and processed in a timely manner. The U.S. Government EVerify system was used to process applicants. Administered new hire orientation, drug screening processes and ensure company compliance in all aspects to meet the job specifications.
