• Hired, trained, developed and successfully managed nine medical sales representatives in NYC calling on IM’s, FP’s, GP’s, OBGYN • Increased district sales goals for Coreg (beta-blocker) and Paxil CR (antidepressant) in the NYC market ranking #1 out of 48 districts nationally for market share growth and call volume achieving 107% of goal • Developed representatives in areas of selling skills, product knowledge via team meetings and workshops in an effort to increase performance helping three out of nine reps rank # 1, # 6 and # 9 out of 575 reps nationwide • Set up territory geographies for complete realignment to maximize sales growth by increasing physician reach & frequency on target physicians
