Daily Duties at Seton Health:
Responsible for the administrative direction of a dynamic anatomic and clinical laboratory, including financial planning, corporate compliance, organizing, staffing and implementation of day to day operations. Prepared business plan with an annual $3.8 M budget. Collaborated on all present laboratory managed care contracts, both capitated and fee for service. Adept at creating team building activities which fosters a team oriented environment. Actively participated with 23 Ascension Health Hospitals nationwide to collaborate materials, products and vendors to assure an efficient business model.
